Hotel Lungarno Vespucci 50

The staff was quite remarkable and extraordinarily helpful and professional. Every effort was made to accommodate us while we were there. The start of the stay did not start off quite well due to communication between Booking.com and The Hotel. However, it was the front desk employees who made the difference . These young people are so sincere and thoughtful, I truly hope the ownership of this Hotel appreciates and compensates them for the great job they do.

We were a bit concerned a bit about the location, a bit off the tourist center of Florence, but in the end this was one of the best aspects of this hotel! The area is very silent and peaceful, there are nice restaurants and cafes very close by. The building is impressive, the breakfast room is amazing, you feel you are back in the 17th century :) Everything was working properly, the staff are amazing! We would surely return here! We stayed for three nights as a couple to explore Florence. The staff here are excellent and our room was clean, however the weather was quite cold and wet and the heating was only turned on, on our last day. I cannot comment on food as we ate out for all our meals. The location is quite a walk to the centre of Florence, but we did not mind as it overlooked the river Arno which was quite picturesque.

Really lovely place. The staff, Abdul, was so lovely! Greeted us with a glass of cold water as it was a hot day and then took time to give us some recommendations of what we should do. Really helpful! The hotel is in a GREAT LOCATION! Close enough to the train station you don’t need to get a taxi if you don’t want too. The rooftop terrace is so nice for a drink as the sun sets

everything was perfect as usual. It is the perfect place to visit Florence. The breakfast is exceptional, you can serve it in the room, in the restaurant or on the terrace on the first floor which has a superb view of the Arno river, the Ponte Vecchio, the most magnificent city in Italy. The hotel also has a terrace with a bar in the inner courtyard. If you drive your own car, valet parking is provided at a nearby garage. The staff at the reception is super friendly, if you want advice to visit the places of interest, you need reservations at the restaurant, they guide you and solve any problem. The hotel manager, Mr. Heitor, is an extraordinary gentleman, if you want to give a grade, which is too littleto describe him, he is a 10 out of 10, there are too few words of praise to describe him. I have stayed at the hotel several times and compared to other frequented places, everything is more perfect, renovated, 10-point cleanliness, increasing comfort every year. I strongly recommend, especially the rooms with a terrace. We will definitely return at Lungarno Vespucci 50. Last but not least, we would like to thank Abdel and the entire reception staff for their useful advice and exemplary behavior.
